    Just been to A Maccies near Northop, first time in years. The same fabulous young lady is still working there, she tells me she recently celebrated years at this restaurant! She's a credit to the business, and I'm sure all regular customers are proud of her and the team there. Well done.PS lovely coffee as always.

    I came into this branch of McDonald's this morning with a work colleague for a coffee break. This branch is one of the best I've been to in recent years. I spoke with a team member, I think her name was Lois? She was really helpful and welcoming and has a great attitude for customer service, what a refreshing change, well done Lois

    Ordered x Mcspicy chicken meals and a Big Mac mealThe Mcspicy chicken is the worst thing I have ever ordered I found it difficult to eat as the chicken coating had the texture of a brick, so the majority of the coating was placed in the bag and some in my lid for photo purposes!

    Absolutely disappointing! Making a great burger isn’t rocket science—it’s all about fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and a bit of pride in your work. Sadly, none of that was evident here. The burger felt thrown together with no care, as if the person didn’t want to be there. To make matters worse, the fries were nearly cold. It’s such a shame because creating a fantastic burger can be so simple, but if you can’t do it right, maybe it’s better not to do it at all.
